From June 4 to 5, 2026, Special Representative Liu Xiaoming attended the 11th Ulaanbaatar Dialogue in Mongolia at invitation, and elaborated on China’s positions and propositions regarding the current international and regional security landscape.

On June 3, Special Representative Liu Xiaoming met with Mr. Munkhtushig Lkhanaajav, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. The two sides had a friendly and comprehensive exchange of views on China-Mongolia relations and topics of mutual interest.
